Our steel materials are specified with industry-best corrosion resistance, maintaining long-term structural integrity and bright appearance.

 

  • For our structural steels, we specify double-coated hot-dip Galvalume®, a durable aluminum-zinc alloy, with an additional acrylic lacquer layer

  • In corrosive environments we specify triple-coated steels with high purity FloCoat® zinc and polymer topcoat protection.

  • We provide a complete kit of high quality structural fasteners with every Universal Shelter System.

Our covers are made from high strength polyester structural fabrics. Vinyl and polymer coatings provide excellent protection against weathering and soiling.

Our fabrics maintain their strength, water resistance, and appearance, year after year.

  • Our VinaGard® and VinaTop fabrics feature: anti-wicking yarns and fungicides to limit biological growth; UV-blocking pigments to resist sun damage; and topcoats to limit dirt buildup.

We ensure that your building meets all North American fire code and safety requirements.

  • We buy only flame-retardant fabrics so that our structures meet or exceed all applicable building codes.
